You are only able to amend the active vehicle on your RingGo parking session within 15 minutes of purchase should you have inadvertently paid for the wrong vehicle.
To correct the vehicle by text, you can reply to any received RingGo text or send a new text. The correct number and syntax can be found by clicking here.
Active vehicle changes to RingGo permit sessions cannot be made by text and must be applied using the online 'Change vehicle(s) on session / permit' Popular Question found in our Help Centre.
